CRYO GLOBE: picking up a package with box and dry ice
The Cryoglobe transport service includes:
- The pre-conditioned and pre-labeled packaging is left at the place of collection of the products between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- The products are packaged by you at the pick-up site
- The package is picked up the same day the packaging is dropped off between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.
- From the date of collection, the final delivery will be made within 24 hours within metropolitan France (France)
Service provision includes:
- Individual pick-up and delivery in a specific department.
- Hand delivery at your request to the recipient and within the time frame of your choice.
- Individualized transport with personalized monitoring of your shipment step by step.
Procedure :
- Call to find out the prices of the product you wish to buy: Tel: 01 41 60 78 78 (or 0810 891 609)
- Create a purchase order in SAFIR – 3 lines:
- Total price excluding VAT of the product sent:
- Administrative costs excl. VAT: €8.50
- Environment package excluding tax: €8.50
- The managers will send you the purchase order number by email, you will need to enter it on the CRYOGLOBE form, as well as the date of collection
- Fill out the request for removal of package with dry ice
- ATTENTION : this document must be faxed to 01 41 60 75 85 before 3:00 p.m.
- Send confirmation of receipt of order to the order department, as well as proof of delivery systematically after each shipment, specifying the time, date and name of the recipient.
