The microbiota has become a subject of major interest for many specialties. In this context, a new technical platform has been set up by the “Intestinal inflammation” team at the center, to support you in your microbiota projects (NGS analyzes of targeted metagenomics).
Services:
- DNA extraction (from stool, cecal juice, etc.)
- PCR amplification (V3-V4 rDNA 16S, but possibility of developing other amplicons)
- Illumina sequencing (MiSeq)
- Bioinformatics analyzes carried out on FROGS (INRAE), and analysis on QIIME in development.
