This next-generation cytometer represents a major advancement in our cell analysis capabilities, offering high-performance <strong data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"469\">spectral flow cytometry<\/strong> tailored to the most demanding biomedical research applications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"885\">Unlike conventional systems, the ID7000 is based on <strong data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"614\">full-spectrum analysis<\/strong>: instead of isolating specific fluorescence bands using filters, it captures the entire emission spectrum of each fluorochrome. This approach enables the distinction of fluorochromes with highly similar spectral profiles, paving the way for <strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"884\">panels of over 44 colors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"1241\">The system is configured with <strong data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"931\">six lasers<\/strong>: 320 nm, 355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 633 nm. This high-resolution configuration allows for the <strong data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1084\">precise identification of cell subpopulations<\/strong> and the detection of <strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1140\">rare or low-expression markers<\/strong>. The 320 nm laser specifically improves panel resolution by enhancing the spectral unmixing process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1379\">The ID7000&#8217;s integrated software is designed to <strong data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1315\">streamline workflows<\/strong>, from daily calibration to data analysis.
