{"id":78003,"date":"2023-04-07T17:45:32","date_gmt":"2023-04-07T15:45:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cri1149.fr\/actuetu\/back-to-ceced-2023\/"},"modified":"2023-04-07T17:45:32","modified_gmt":"2023-04-07T15:45:32","slug":"back-to-ceced-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cri1149.fr\/en\/news\/back-to-ceced-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Back to CECED 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The CRI participated in the 40th edition of the Digestive Epithelial Cell Study Club (CECED) in Strasbourg in March 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe Digestive Epithelial Cell Study Club (CECED) organizes a congress every year to highlight scientific advances around the digestive epithelial cell involved in many pathophysiological processes including cancer, inflammation, microbiota&#8230; This meeting brings together around 150 participants: researchers, teacher-researchers, university hospitals, doctoral or post-doctoral students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The main goal of the annual meeting is to promote exchanges between the various French-speaking research teams involved in the field of digestive pathologies. It leaves a very important place to young researchers through the presentation and discussion of their results, which are rewarded each year with prizes for the best papers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, each year, the CECED awards the Claude Roz\u00e9 prize (amount of 1500 euros) to a young doctoral student in order to facilitate his departure for a postdoctoral internship, in the field of physiopathology digestive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year, the CRI was represented by:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Alice Garrigues, in her 1st year of thesis in the PIMS team, who received one of the prizes for best oral communications for her work on adaptations during Short Hail Syndrome.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>A Garrigues, S Fourati, D Atger, B De Dreuille, L Ribeiro Parenti, F Joly, M Le Gall, A Bado, J Le Beyec. <br \/>\nIntestinal adaptations and food intake in a mouse model of short bowel syndrome treated or not with a GLP-2 analogue.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mait\u00e9 Casado-Bedmara, postdoctoral fellow in the team of JP Hugot, who presented her data on miRNAs in IBD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Mait\u00e9 Casado-Bedmar, Maryline Roy, Jean-Pierre Hugot, Benoit Chassaing, Emilie Viennese. <br \/>\nFaecal miRNAs are mediators of host-microbiota interactions and key regulators of intestinal permeability and inflammation.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Diane Lorenzo, gastroenterologist doctor, and in 2nd year of thesis in the Couvineau Paradis team:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Diane Lorenzo, Ana\u00efs Chassac, Anne Couvelard, C\u00e9cile Haumaitre.
