She gives the opportunity to train throughout her professional career.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The training concerns all agents, researchers, engineers, technicians and administrators.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The training policy focuses on the following objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accompany the agents throughout their career by developing skills to enable them to adapt to the environment and the development of research at Inserm.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adapt the training offer to the evolution of trades.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ensure the transfer of knowledge and know-how.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The missions of the training correspondent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The training correspondent of the unit is an essential link in the implementation of training policy at regional level: Indeed, it contributes to the collection and analysis of training needs of agents according to the scientific orientation of the laboratory in connection with the regional training manager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the context of modernizing and simplifying the management of human resources, the Human Resources Department (HRD) has rolled out an online training registration module integrated into the Inserm human resources management software package, named Sir\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since June 2012, the dematerialization of the Inserm registration process has been effective.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This dematerialization of training aims to improve services by simplifying and speeding up administrative procedures. It will make it possible to consult all the training offers and to register on line, to be informed of its DIF (Individual Training Right) and to consult an accessible history of the trainings followed by the agent; but also to constitute a &#8220;training booklet&#8221; (until then processed and implemented by the training correspondent of the Center).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To register for the courses, agents will now have to connect to the Inserm human resources information system (Sir\u00e8ne) via the following address:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sirene.inserm.fr\/\"><strong>https:\/\/www.sirene.inserm.fr<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">using your Inserm ID (firstname.lastname@inserm.fr) and the password, given by the RRI (regional IT manager), as if you are connecting to your mailbox.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This login information to the Inserm information system is also used to access the Inserm e-mail account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depending on your status, click on the box for you. As an agent, click on &#8220;agent&#8221; at the top left.
