CRB3- U773, U843 et UMRS 699.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Premier centre de Recherche Europ\u00e9en sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l&#8217;\u00e9tude des m\u00e9canismes inflammatoires. <strong>Cette unit\u00e9 mixte de Recherche (INSERM, CNRS, Universit\u00e9 Paris Cit\u00e9) f\u00e9dere les forces de 14 \u00e9quipes et 2 groupes junior de recherche fondamentale et clinique sur la th\u00e9matique de l\u2019inflammation du foie, du rein, du pancr\u00e9as, de l\u2019intestin, et du syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, le CRI rassemble plus de <strong>330<\/strong> <strong>chercheurs, ing\u00e9nieurs et administratifs <\/strong>r\u00e9parties sur deux sites (Bichat et Beaujon) et collabore avec 4 h\u00f4pitaux, Bichat, Beaujon, Robert Debr\u00e9 et Louis Mourier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le CRI est un acteur majeur du laboratoire d\u2019excellence Infibrex coordonn\u00e9 par B. Crestani, du DHU Unity (dirig\u00e9 par D.Valla) et du DHU Fire (co-coordonn\u00e9 par B. Crestani, G. Steg &amp; E. Daugas)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;objectif de ces \u00e9quipes qui composent le CRI est d&#8217;\u00e9tablir un \u00abCentre d&#8217;excellence\u00bb qui relie la recherche fondamentale avec la recherche translationnelle et clinique dans les maladies inflammatoires et d&#8217;assurer une approche optimale au patient.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Politique scientifique<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Promouvoir<\/strong> et faciliter une collaboration active entre les scientifiques et les cliniciens dans la recherche sur l\u2019inflammation<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Favoriser<\/strong> l\u2019\u00e9mergence des nouveau projets et \u00e9quipes de recherche dans la th\u00e9matique des m\u00e9canismes inflammatoires<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Contribuer<\/strong> \u00e0 la formation des jeunes chercheurs<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Etablir<\/strong> des partenariats renforc\u00e9s, acad\u00e9miques ou industriels favorables \u00e0 l\u2019application des r\u00e9sultats issues de la recherche<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Participer<\/strong> au rayonnement international de la France en menant une recherche de haute qualit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Les objectifs scientifiques du CRI<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comprendre au niveau fondamental les bases des processus inflammatoires et du d\u00e9veloppement de la fibrose<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Identifier de nouveaux m\u00e9canismes physiopathologiques des maladies inflammatoires, les biomarqueurs associ\u00e9s aux maladies et d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux outils d\u2019imagerie<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cr\u00e9er de nouveaux mod\u00e8les animaux pr\u00e9cliniques permettant la preuve de concept (POC) pour l\u2019\u00e9tude des maladies inflammatoires<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chercher de nouvelles approches th\u00e9rapeutiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Centre de Recherche sur l&#8217;Inflammation (CRI) est n\u00e9 le 1er janvier 2014 suite \u00e0 la collaboration active des trois unit\u00e9s de recherche.
