This will not be a traditional seminar, but a workshop in a <strong>participatory<\/strong> format, with the concrete aims of : <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>integrate<\/strong> different technologies, methods and expertise (modelling, AI, single-cell, lineage tracing, spatial OMIC, organoids, etc.) to make progress on joint inter-disciplinary projects, particularly in cancerology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>take <strong>stock<\/strong> of new experimental techniques requiring modeling approaches for their analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>structure<\/strong> the biology-health modeling community, particularly within Inserm, to identify and communicate our needs in terms of recruitment and funding tools<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Why come?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A unique format: alternating presentations (keynote, state of the art and openings), interactive workshops, open discussions and collaborative work to combine data and modeling tools (mechanistic models, learning, causal inference&#8230;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessible to all: whether you&#8217;re an expert in modelling, AI, biologists or clinicians, your contribution is essential to the emergence of applicative projects in oncology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concrete deliverables: directory, state of the art, mapping of methods and project embryos at the end of the 3 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Dates<\/strong>: June 8-10, 2026 <strong>Location<\/strong>: CRCL Amphitheatre, 28 rue Laennec, Lyon<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Pre-register now<\/strong> to block the dates and help us organize the event:   <a href=\"https:\/\/framaforms.org\/pre-inscription-au-workshop-de-la-cellule-a-la-clinique-modelisation-mecaniste-multi-echelle-et\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Survey link<\/a><em>(A second survey will be sent to you shortly to collect your interests and proposed contributions)<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>You can <strong>share<\/strong> this invitation by <strong>limiting it to permanent researchers or senior post-docs <\/strong>from your teams.
