1. integrate different technologies, methods and expertise (modelling, AI, single-cell, lineage tracing, spatial OMIC, organoids, etc.) to make progress on joint inter-disciplinary projects, particularly in cancerology.
2. take stock of new experimental techniques requiring modeling approaches for their analysis
3. structure the biology-health modeling community, particularly within Inserm, to identify and communicate our needs in terms of recruitment and funding tools

• A unique format: alternating presentations (keynote, state of the art and openings), interactive workshops, open discussions and collaborative work to combine data and modeling tools (mechanistic models, learning, causal inference…).
• Accessible to all: whether you’re an expert in modelling, AI, biologists or clinicians, your contribution is essential to the emergence of applicative projects in oncology.
• Concrete deliverables: directory, state of the art, mapping of methods and project embryos at the end of the 3 days.

This day will take place on Tuesday october 8th 2024 in the first basement of the medical faculty of Bichat, we hope to see many of you.

This day will allow each master student, PhD student and post-doct to present their work through oral presentation or poster presentation. The best poster and oral presentation will be awarded with a prize!

This day is also an opportunity to popularize your master thesis, PhD thesis or Post-doc project in three minutes, with the “Pitch your project” session. The best oral presentation will also be rewarded with a prize.

A new Round Table will also take place on “What’s next after my PhD/Post-doc ? ” so that each young researchers can exchange with former PhD Students/Post-doc now working in public, academic or private entreprises.
